The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department added another woman to their most wanted list Monday. Sheriff Steve Cox says 47-year-old Neysa Michelle West of Kansas City is wanted for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. West is described as a white woman, 5 foot 2 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
