A Humphrey’s man had moderate injuries in a motorcycle accident early this morning. The accident happened at about 12:30 am on Missouri Highway 6, west of Galt, when 56-year-old Johnny Hines was eastbound on a motorcycle and swerved to avoid an animal in the roadway. He hit the animal, causing to bike to end up on its side in the roadway. Hines was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton for treatment of moderate injuries. He was wearing a helmet.
