One of Chillicothe’s Fire Fighters was honored by the City Council Monday. City Administrator Darin Chappell says Andy Vaughn was recently named Paramedic of the year.
Chappell says Chillicothe Fire Department has received several similar honors in recent years.
He says that says a lot about Chillicothe’s Fire Department.
