A Laredo man had serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident Sunday morning near Chula. Twenty-four-year-old Clint Foster was flown to Truman Medical Center for treatment following the accident at about 12:15 am on LIV 204, east of Chula. According to the Highway Patrol, Foster was eastbound when he lost control on the gravel road, went off the road and his UTV overturned down an embankment. He was not properly restrained.
Foster was also arrested for alleged DWI. He was released for treatment.
