Chillicothe Police Report Includes Locating A Missing Child

The Chillicothe Police Department had a busy weekend, the department handled more than 300 calls for service, made seven arrests and investigated a missing juvenile who was later located

Saturday:

8:14 am, Officers arrested Ryan Alt for alleged possession of narcotics. He was processed and released.

10: 20 am, Officers responded to the 200 Block of Park Lane for an unattended death. The death was of natural causes.

5:13 pm, Officers responded to the 100 block of Clay Street for bicycles stolen from a home. The investigation continues.

5:17 pm, Officers arrested Cameron Tuttle for alleged resisting detention. He was processed and released.

6:36 pm, Officers arrested Anthony Monroe for alleged child abuse and assault. He was taken to the Davies DeKalb Regional Jail with a $10,000 cash only bond.

Sunday:

2:02 am, Officers responded to the 400 block of Elm Street for suspicious activity. Officers located a few juveniles who had run from police. The juvenile’s parents were contacted. All Juveniles were released to the parents. A report will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.

7:01 am, Officers responded to the 400 block of Dickenson for a juvenile that had fallen from a rooftop. The child was taken to Hedrick Medical Center with minor injuries.

3:10 pm, officers responded to the 1100 block of Walnut for a missing juvenile. Officers took the report and started to attempt to locate the missing juvenile.

7:23 pm, Officer arrested Travis Mortz for alleged peace disturbance and child neglect. He was processed and released.
