A St. Joseph woman was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Tuesday morning. Eighteen-year-old Melanie Myers of St. Joseph was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Dekalb County warrant for alleged possession of marijuana. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
