State Troopers arrested a Jamesport man in Livingston County early Thursday morning. Twenty-one-year-old Jakobi Welch was arrested at about 12:45 am on a Grundy County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a non-moving violation. He was held pending the posting of bond.
