Work to make permanent repairs to Corporate Drive, in Chillicothe’s Industrial Park, begin with engineering. The Chillicothe City Council approved the ordinance to begin that process. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the work is to keep from damaging a rail crossing at the bottom of a hill.
He says they plan is to cut the hill down from both sides so they can have a more level approach to the tracks.
