A 19-year-old Liberty man had moderate injuries in a single-vehicle accident in Linn County Thursday afternoon. State Trooper report, Jacob Kane was southbound on Highway 11, north of St Catherine, when he ran off the right side of the road and his car overturned and struck a utility pole. Kane was taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield for treatment. He was wearing a safety belt.
