Livingston County has begun the biannual Voter Registration Canvassing. Election Authority Sherry Parks says this is to update Voter Registration records, NOT to ad new registered voters.
Voters that have moved, but have not changed their address with the Livingston County Clerks Office may receive a form in the mail to request you update your records. Parks says this is a company working with them in the process.
In November, a new voter registration card will be sent to all active registered voters.
Parks says they plan to have the Canvassing process complete by the end of 2019.
