Three roads in the KCHI listening area remain closed this morning due to flooding. The Missouri Department of Transportation reports one is closed in Carroll County, and two others in Chariton County.
In Carroll County,
US 65 remains closed south of Carrollton to the Missouri River.
In Chariton County,
Route M remains closed from the Grand River to Schluter Avenue
Route J remains closed south of Agee Avenue to Namrash Road
Check the MoDOT traveler information map for the latest on road closings around the area.
Additional rainfall today and tonight could cause additional flooding on area roads. Be aware of the road conditions and if there is water covering the road, find another route and report the problems to your local authorities.
