State Troopers arrested two in separate incidents in Caldwell County on Thursday evening.
At about 7:30, 58-year-old Marshal Daugherty of Cowgill was arrested for alleged DWI, no insurance and no headlights. He was taken to the Caldwell County detention Center.
Just after 8:00 pm, Troopers arrested 33-year-old Jeremy Beebe of Kansas City, Kansas, for alleged auto theft, resisting arrest by fleeing, three counts of assault on a law officer, careless and imprudent driving, speeding and no seatbelt. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
