A Utility Territory agreement addendum will allow two properties in Ameren Missouri’s territory to be served by Farmers Electric Cooperative. The Missouri Public Service Commission approved the addendum to a previously approved territorial agreement between the two electric providers.
In this case, the third addendum to the territorial agreement will allow Farmers’ to serve two customers (a modular home in Daviess County and a cabin located in Livingston County) currently within Ameren Missouri’s service area.
The Commission concludes the addendum between the parties is not detrimental to the public interest and will be approved.
