The Grand Marshal for the 2019 Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Holiday Parade is a program that helps to make Christmas special for families that are in need. Chamber Director Crystal Narr says the Grand Marshal is The Joy Toy Project.
Narr says the deadline for free entry into the parade is this Friday.
Entries turned in after the 8th will require a $25 late fee.
The 2019 Chillicothe Holiday Parade is November 23rd at 10:00 and it will follow the normal parade route.
