The MINK summer wooden bat collegiate baseball league will welcome two new teams into their fold this summer.
The Des Moines Prospects will join the North Division and a Chanute, Kansas team will join the South division. They have yet to choose a team name.
The Sedalia bombers will move from the North to the South Division for the 2020 season.
Another change coming from the Winter league meetings is a change in the playoffs. The top team from the North and South divisions will receive a first round bye and will retain the 1 and 2 seeds throughout the whole playoffs.
The remaining teams will be seeded 3-6 determined by their overall record.
The 2020 MINK League All Star Game and Home Run Derby will be in Chillicothe on July 9th.
