Theft of items, including several firearms, from a vehicle near Mooresville remains under investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff Steve Cox says the investigation began on November 8th. A vehicle was parked and items were stolen sometime the night of the 7th or morning of the 8th. The items taken include a 12-guage shotgun with a duck emblem on the buttstock and Whitetails Unlimited engraved near the ejection port. A 30/30 rifle with side scope, a 22 rifle with scope and clips and a Black and White PSC bow with pin sights. A Blue Chromebook was also taken.
