A Chillicothe teen was arrested Sunday morning on numerous charges, including speeding and DWI.
17-year-old Trea Hayes of Chillicothe was stopped at about 1:15 am in Caldwell County. He was arrested for alleged DWI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding – 101 in a 65 zone and failing to drive in the right lane. Hayes was taken to the Caldwell County Jail on a 24-hour hold
