Southwest Livingston County’s football season came to an end with a loss to Mound City in the Show-Me Bowl 82-46 to finish 11-2 on the season.
Mound City jumped out early, leading 22-12 after one quarter and 50-26 at halftime.
Southwest Senior Mack Anderson had 168 yards and four touchdowns on the ground and went 17 of 28 for 126 yards passing with one touchdown and one interception.
Southwest had 189 yards rushing compared to Mound City’s 485 yards on the ground. Mound City had one person with over 200 yards and two others with over one hundred yards rushing in the game.
