State Troopers report four arrests in the area counties over the weekend. They include:
Saturday at about 8:10 am in Clinton County, 27-year-old Shelbe Mozingo of Cameron was arrested for alleged speeding -83 in a 60 zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and warrants from Daviess and Dekalb Counties for alleged failure to appear on alleged bad check charges. He was held at the Clinton County Jail.
Saturday at about 11:20 am in Chariton County, Troopers arrested 54-year-old Janet Bearden of Salisbury for alleged no insurance, speeding and on a Ray County warrant for alleged failure to appear on an alleged bad check charge. She was held at the Chariton County Jail.
Sunday at about 12:20 am in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 43-year-old Tony Bears of Unionville for alleged no driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Sullivan County Jail.
Sunday at about 9:35 pm, Troopers in Daviess County arrested 38-year-old Thobela Sovara of Overland Park Kansas for alleged DWI and endangering a child. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
