The Chillicothe Lady Hornet wrestlers brought back several medals from Saturday’s Excelsior Springs High School Girls Tournament. There were multiple divisions in each weight class. Team scores were not kept in the tournament.
115 Abigail Clements lost by pin to Marshall and beat Lawson by pin in 1:36 to finish 2nd.
130 Karyna Ireland lost to Excelsior Springs by pin, beat Kearney by pin and lost to Plattsburg by pin to finish 3rd.
135 Summer Drake beat Liberty North 8-5, lost to Benton by pin and beat Excelsior Springs by pin to finish 2nd.
142 Addison Lewis won by disqualification over Plattsburg and lost by pin to Park Hill to finish 2nd.
152 Hailey Fahling lost by pin to Liberty North, beat Lawson by pin, and lost to Marshall and Lathrop by pins to finish 4th.
