State troopers made three arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday, just before midnight, Troopers in Linn County arrested 27-year-old Joseph Walker of Marceline for alleged DWI – persistent offender and driving while suspended. He was processed at the Linn County Jail and later released.
Saturday at about 11:20 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Ryan Davenport of Cameron for alleged DWI and a lane violation. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
Sunday in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 63-year-old Randy Lloyd of Independence at about 8:30 am, for alleged possession of a controlled substance – a synthetic narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a vehicle. He was processed at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and later released.
