State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
At about 9:45 pm Sunday, Troopers arrested two people in Caldwell County.
25-year-old Kevin Chinnard, Jr of Dallas, TX was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of synthetic marijuana.
24-year-old Kelsa Whitman of Fairgrove, MO was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding – 90 in a 65 zone.
Both were taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
