The announcement of Green Orchard Labs as a Medical Marijuana Testing Facility located in Chillicothe is good news to City Administrator Darin Chappell. He says the facility will be located at Business 36 and Mitchell Road.
Chappell says he tries not to be competitive, but he is happy to say, Chillicothe got one.
Licenses for dispensaries will be announced on January 24th. Chappell says these will be a different type of business.
He expects the City of Chillicothe will have one dispensary or maybe two.
