The Chillicothe Girls Basketball team opened up Midland Empire Conference play with a 61-44 home win over St Joseph LeBlond.
The Lady Hornets were led by Hunter Keithley with 19, Jordan Hibner with 12, Jessica Reeter with 11, Brooke Horton with 8, Lucy Reeter with 7 and Essie Hicks and Sophia Luetticke each with 2 points.
The Chillicothe Junior Varsity beat LeBlond JV 33 to 11. Chillicothe JV was led by Sophia Luetticke with 9, Izzy Montgomery with 7, Quincy Jessen with 5, Kaylee Munson and Bre Pithan each with 4 and Elli Barnett and Clara Leamer each with 2 points.
