The Trenton City Council will meet Monday at 7:00 pm at City Hall. The agenda includes eleven ordinances for consideration. They include:
Amendments to the parking ordinance, floodways and floodplans, definitions for land use, definitions in the traffic code, the list of locations in the parking and stopping ordinance, and the Trailers & Cabins section in land use.
They will have ordinances for contracts for runway lighting, testing services at the water treatment plant, and engineering for the water plant clarifier.
They will consider a lease for a parking lot near the airport.
The Council will also consider Tax Increment Financing as funding for redevelopment of a property at 1810 East 28th street
New Business includes a discussion on the force main project under Muddy Creek, approval of water main work along 17th street, approval of a sign policy and discussion and approval for a row crop agreement.
