Poor road conditions and weather resulted in several non-injury accidents Saturday.
On US 36 near the airport, a semi slid off the roadway and jack-knifed into the medium.
About 6:00 pm Saturday on US 36 near Meadville an accident included a semi on its side. A state trooper reported he was stopped for a slide-off and he watched in his mirror as a semi hauling cars lost control and rolled onto it side, losing several vehicles that ended up on their sides or top. The truck came to rest about 50 feet from the trooper’s car, blocking the roadway. (pictured above)
