The Livingston County Sheriff’s report includes several investigations.
January 9th, the LCSO responded to a location north of Chillicothe on a vehicle fire.
January 9th, the LCSO conducted a death investigation in western Livingston County. A preliminary investigation suggests the elderly man passed due to natural causes.
January 10th, we assisted Trenton Police on a theft investigation.
January 11th, the LCSO conducted a check at a rural residence on a report a family member was concerned about the adult.
January 13th, the LCSO completed an investigation of Sex Offender Registration Violation. The suspect allegedly moved from the registered address without notifying law enforcement. Later advised they had moved out of state but allegedly failed to register in that jurisdiction in a timely manner.
January 16th, the deputies conducted two separate methamphetamine investigations in Wheeling. Multiple people were interviewed, evidence obtained and the investigations continue.
