A Minnesota man had moderate injuries in a single-vehicle accident Thursday morning. State Troopers report 65-year-old truck driver, Scott Emerson of Winona, MN was southbound on Interstate 35 at the 68 mile marker and lost control on the ice-covered road. His Semi ran off the west side of the road and hit a guard rail and went down an embankment and a tree.
Emerson was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was wearing a safety belt.
