The Missouri Department of Transportation will be working on snow removal and cleaning up the roadways this week, but there are a few roadwork projects that continue in the region.
Carroll County:
US 65, bridge maintenance continues on the Shootman Creek and Mound Creek Bridges, all week. Temporary traffic signals are in place to direct motorists through the work zone
In Chariton County, Two bridge replacements continue on US 24.
That includes the Bridge replacement at the Mussel Fork River and Overflow Bridges west of Keytesville through spring. Traffic is being diverted over a one-lane, signalized bypass during the replacement of the Mussel Fork River Overflow Bridge.
And the Bridge replacement at the Middle Fork Chariton River and Overflow bridges through February 2020. Traffic will be directed through the work zone with temporary traffic signals. A 10-foot width restriction is in place.
Daviess County
Route 6 – Pothole patching from I-35 to Jamesport, Monday and Tuesday
Route 13 – Brush cutting 1/2 mile north of Route B, Monday and Tuesday
