The Livingston County Commissioners will meet in regular session next week, with meetings scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 am in the Commission Room of the courthouse. Both meetings include County Road and Bridge matters and administrative and departmental responsibilities.
Thursday at 1:00 pm, the Commissioners will move to the Associate Courtroom, on the second floor of the courthouse for a discussion on the county’s Health Ordinance. The discussion revolves around large hog operation proposed in northern Livingston County and if Senate Bill 391, which was passed last year, would require changes to the county’s Health Ordinance.
The discussion is expected to include several lawyers representing various interests.
