A Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect this morning and will continue through the entire day Wednesday. Meteorologist Scott Blair from the National Weather Service office in Kansas City says this system comes through in two parts, starting today.
He says Wednesday will bring another round that includes snow.
Blair says if you are planning to go to the Chiefs Superbowl Parade in Kansas City, be weather aware. He says the brunt of this storm will be south of the Chillicothe area.
