3:50 am, Officers took a theft report from a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street for theft of nearly $3000 worth of merchandise. Possible suspects have been identified.
6:18 am, Officers responded to Edgewood Cemetery for damage to a tombstone. They determined it was an accident with someone performing work in the cemetery. Insurance information was exchanged.
7:05 am, Officers responded to the 300 block of 11th Street for a leaving the scene accident. A parked vehicle was struck and the suspect left the scene. A suspect was identified and located and placed under arrest and processed. They were issued two citations and released pending a court date.
7:56 am, Officer responded to an alleyway in the 1100 block of Second Street for a knife that was found. The knife was seized.
7:58 am, School Resource Officer out in the 500 block of Polk Street for a juvenile issue.
8:51 am, Officers responded to the 300 block of Elm St, for property damage. The glass in a door had been broken. This investigation is ongoing.
9:37 am, A 27-year-old woman turned herself in on a Chillicothe Municipal warrant for failing to register a vehicle. She was processed and posted a cash bond.
12:19 pm, Officer spoke with someone on phone about possible harassment. They were advised of available options.
12:59 pm, Officers responded to a minor vehicle accident in the 500 block of S. Washington Street. They exchanged the necessary information.
2:54 pm, Intoxicated person at a business in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street. They left the premises.
6:50 pm, Officers assisted another agency on a vehicle stop in the 10 block of Elm Street.
9:42 pm, Noise complaint in the 900 block of Trenton Street. They agreed to be quiet.
