Second Harvest Community Food Bank will be in Chillicothe to assist with SNAP applications. The program will be Wednesday, February 12th, from Noon to 2:00 pm at the Grand River Multipurpose Center. A representative will be on hand to assist members of the Chillicothe community with their SNAP application. Second Harvest understands that the application process can be confusing. Second Harvest wants to make sure that if anyone has any questions or needs assistance they will be there to help.
