The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 82 calls for service Thursday. The report includes a couple of arrests.
12:59 am, Officers checked a building in the 400 block of Locust Street with an open door. Wind apparently blew the door open.
8:08 am, Officers arrested a person on a Livingston County warrant in the 10 block of S Washington Street. They were unable to post the required $20,000.00 cash bond and were transported to the Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
11:58 am, Officer spoke with subjects about possible property damage in a parking lot at 1400 block of N. Washington Street. Determined to be a Civil issue.
1:42 pm, Officer spoke to someone on the phone about suspicious activity. No report was taken.
2:25 pm, Officers checked the welfare of a dog that was out in the cold weather. The dog was found to be OK.
2:40 pm, Request for a well-being check on someone that was southbound on Washington Street from the 400 block of Youssef Drive. Officers unable to locate the vehicle.
2:46 pm, Officers responded to the 10 block of S Washington Street where they arrested someone on a Parole Warrant. The person was transported to the Daviess/ DeKalb County Regional Jail.
5:14 pm, officers received a call from someone concerned about a couple with a baby, walking South in the 400 block of Locust Street. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
7:37 pm, Officers reported to the 400 block of Williams Street for a disturbance. Determined to be a civil dispute. No report.
