The Chillicothe Lady Hornets went on a 9-0 run in the second quarter to take the lead for good in a 50-43 win over Savannah in a MEC game.
Savannah build a 4 point lead early in the second quarter but Chillicothe got down to business to lead by five and they never trailed again.
Chillicothe had 2 free throws each from two different players to ice the win in the final minute.

Hunter Keithley led Chillicothe with 14 points, Jessica Reeter with 9, Essie Hicks and Jordan Hibner each had 8 points. Lucy Reeter with 5 points, Brooke Horton with four, Selby Miller with 2 and playing time for Haley Kidd.
With the win, Chillicothe girls remain undefeated in MEC play and improves to 14-6 overall.
