State Troopers report two arrests in the local counties Friday.
At about 12:20 am Friday, 18 year old Blake Minnick of Richmond was arrested for alleged minor visibly intoxicated and no seatbelt. He was processed at the Carroll County Jail and released.
At about 9:35 pm, 56 year old Murray Walker of Blue Springs was arrested in Linn county for alleged DWI – Aggravated Offender and for a lane violation. He was processed and released.
