State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties Tuesday, both were in Livingston County.
At 3:55 am, troopers arrested 33-year-old Melinda K. Turner of Carrollton for alleged Careless and Imprudent Driving and DWI with drugs – with a person under 17 in the vehicle. She was processed and released.
At 8:45 am, troopers arrested 44-year-old Gregory S. Link of Chillicothe for alleged DWI and speeding. He was processed, cited and released.
