A flood warning for the Grand River at Sumner is issued, as the river is expected to rise above flood stage today. The Grand River at Sumner was at 23 feet at 7:30 this morning and is expected to rise above flood stage of 26 feet before noon today and crest at 28.6 feet, with moderate flooding. The river should fall back below flood stage some time Tuesday morning.
The river is expected to stay below flood stage on other parts of the Grand River, including Chillicothe.
