A Chillicothe woman was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Thursday evening. At about 9:50 pm, 23-year-old Cheyenne Jordan of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged DWI, speeding and failing to drive in the right lane. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
