The Chillicothe R-II School Board meeting on Tuesday will include information on the new district office, a presentation by the Ag Issues Team and Health insurance. The meeting will start Tuesday at 6:00 pm at Grand River Technical School.
Other items on the agenda include a presentation by the superintendent of items supporting the levy request, including salary comparisons and transportation.
Claire Ashbrook from STRATA, the company designing the new district office, will make a presentation on the tentative plans.
The board will consider asking for Requests for Proposals for contracted student transportation services.
Bids will be presented for mowing services for the district. The board will consider continuing their current health insurance with a 4.9% increase and there will be a request to approve the destruction of personnel files with separation dates prior to June 30th, 1999.
An executive session is also planned to follow the regular meeting.
