Three personnel matters were handled by the Chillicothe city council during their executive session this week.
The council approved hiring RJ (Roger) Cain as a fulltime Street Maintenance Worker.
The council approved a promotion for Alan Head as the Street Foreman.
The council also approved the termination of a Street Maintenance Worker.
