A couple of major Missouri Department of Transportation projects in Livingston County are getting underway.
On Highway 65, a bridge rehabilitation project over the Grand River just south of Chillicothe will be lasting through November. A similar bridge rehabilitation project is also beginning on Route 190 over the Thompson River. A 10-foot width restriction will be a part of the project.
Other area MoDOT roadwork projects in the area includes:
bridge maintenance on Route 65 at Shootman Creek. March 16-19th. Temporary traffic signals are in place at the work zone.
Bridge projects in Chariton County on US Route 24 include Mussel Fork River and Overflow bridges west of Keytesville and at the Middle Fork Chariton River and overflow bridges through this month.
Daviess County will have pothole patching on Route 6 and Route V next week.
Highway 36 in Linn County will have pothole patching, and will have surveying on the eastbound route.
