The uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak can be tough on some people, even to the point of causing anxiety. The University of Missouri Health recognizes this. Dr. Laine Young-Walker, a psychiatrist at University of Missouri Health Care says in order to deal with that anxiety you should focus on what you can control and starting to establish new routines.
Dr. Young-Walker also says it’s important for parents to talk to their children about what is going on to ease their concerns.
