The Supreme Court of Missouri has extended the suspension of all in-person court proceedings in the appellate and circuit courts, including the associate courts. The suspension of court proceedings will now continue through April 17th, and maybe extended as circumstances warrant.
There are some exceptions to the order, including proceedings directly related to the COVID-19 public health emergency and several other instances.
