The Chillicothe City Council will hold a public meeting and public hearing Monday. The meeting will start at 6:30 and after handling the financials, they will work on the current and upcoming budgets.
The first ordinance on the agenda is for amending the 2019/20 budget to actual figures.
Next is a public hearing and an ordinance to set the budget for the 2020/2021 fiscal year.
To abide by the Sunshine Laws, the meeting must be public and allow for comments in a public hearing. To conform with the mandates for COVID-19, the gathering at City Hall is not possible.
To satisfy all of the requirements, this meeting will include teleconferencing, where the public can hear and at the appropriate time can ask questions or make comments.
To access the City Council Teleconference, on Monday evening, shortly before the 6:30 meeting, the public can:

- When prompted enter the Conference ID number:
918042 followed by the # - If the moderator is not on yet it will ask you to wait
- If the meeting has already started you should be immediately connected and be able to listen to the meeting.
- Public Comments will be accepted on the budget public hearing.
