The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department delivered several people to the Missouri Department of Corrections, either to serve their sentences or attend programs. Sheriff Steve Cox says the following were transported following court appearances.
43-year-old Dale M. Barker of Chillicothe, sentenced to 4 years on a Probation Violation – Assault
35-year-old Elisha Walter of Macon sentenced to 10 years for Delivery Controlled Substance.
20-year-old James Haight of Maryville sentenced to 4 years on a Probation Violation – Property Damage.
66-year-old Robert Mammen of Chillicothe sentenced to 10 years old on a Probation Violation – DWI.
24-year-old Melissa Davis of Trenton sentenced to the CODS Program on a Probation Violation – Forgery.
57-year-old Constance Denton of Chillicothe sentenced to 5 years for Delivery Controlled Substance
