The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department added two to their Most Wanted list.
21-year-old Joseph Alan Vargas of Chillicothe is wanted for alleged Domestic Assault. The warrant was issued on Thursday. Vargas is described as a white male, 5 foot 5 inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
30-year-old Cheryl Ann Hogwood is wanted on a warrant for alleged forgery. That warrant was issued Monday. Hogwood is described as a white female, 5 foot 6 inches tall, 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Bond is set at $25,000 cash.
