One Arrested After Drug Raid In Wheeling

A raid on a suspected drug house in Wheeling resulted in one arrest.  Monday, with the assistance of the Missouri Highway Patrol, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant for the house in the 800 block of Highway B.

The search resulted in the seizure of alleged methamphetamine, equipment commonly used in the distribution of controlled substance(s), methamphetamine drug paraphernalia, and other items that support drug transactions.  The officers also arrested 38-year-old Maegan A. Knouse for alleged Delivery/Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine

Sheriff Steve Cox says Knouse was out on bond at the time of her arrest as she has multiple felony allegations pending in Linn County, including 12 counts of alleged Delivery of Controlled Substance, alleged Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and 2 counts of alleged Endangering the Welfare of a Child involving Drugs.

 

Bond on the Livingston County Charges has been set at $25,000 cash.  She is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
