The Chillicothe Fire Department responded to a truck fire Saturday at about 3:20 pm. The fire was on Highway C, just west of Route Z and officers arrived in 11 minutes to find the truck fully engulfed in flames. Everyone was out of the truck. The fire was put out and the truck was a total loss. A trailer pulled by the truck and a skid steer on the trailer were not damaged. The fire crew was on the scene for about 30 minutes.
