The Chillicothe City Council met last week for an executive session for personnel matters. During the meeting, the council considered hiring for the Full-Time Codes Officer. Wayne Cunningham made the motion and Denny Albertson seconded it to hire Kevin Shira. The vote was 4-0 with one absence.
